How do I reserve equipment?

It’s as simple as a phone call! Equipment is booked over the telephone. Bookings are reserved with your name, address, date & time of booking.

A non-refundable deposit MAY be required at time of booking. Payment is due in full upon delivery of equipment. Equipment will not be set up until payment is made. Payment can be made by cash, business cheque, Visa, MasterCard, American Express (processing fees apply) or email transfer to Moonwalk Bouncers.

What happens in the event of inclement weather?

Moonwalk reserves the right to cancel bookings due to inclement weather. If we are unable to set up, a phone call will be made to you the morning of your booking to notify you of the cancellation. However, after set up regular prices apply even if weather becomes inclement. There is no cancellation fees due to inclement weather

What is Moonwalk’s Responsibility?

We supply equipment in clean and good working condition We will deliver, set up and take down equipment We supply all necessary equipment like extension cords, sand bags or ground stakes which are necessary safe set up.

 

What is my responsibility?
You are responsible for…

Providing adult supervision,

Adequate space that is free of any kind of obstruction,

Electrical outlet within 100 feet, (Minimum 15 amp electrical outlet)

Complying with the *rental agreement.

A * rental agreement must be read & signed before Moonwalk will release any rental equipment. Inflatables can be set up on pavement, however grass is preferred.

Inflatables may also be set up on a small slope or angle (must be approved by Moonwalk staff). Please notify us of the type of ground surface at the time of booking.
